Job Responsibilities:9 E9 @! l* k, Q& m* s6 P% h
- Assess the patients and develop treatment plans that meet their needs.
- Choose appropriate activities to help service recipients complete their daily tasks independently.
- Observe and guide the service recipients as they perform assigned tasks.
- Observe and assess the progress of service recipients, and write detailed reports accordingly.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Review records to ensure the completeness of care documents for service recipients.
- Maintain good cooperation with the medical team and actively participate in team work.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
" [5 H' d1 P$ T# Y- Applicants must be fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate and write in English.
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy program.
- Holds a valid Maryland physical therapist license.
- Those with experience working in assisted living facilities will be given priority.
- Possesses excellent customer service and patient care experience.
- Be proactive and willing to strive to exceed the patient's expectations.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and always maintain a positive attitude.- d8 ^+ s6 l! q6 U4 N- p
